The old adage “work hard, play harder” lived up to its meaning when the Edlen management team gathered for their annual Manager’s Meeting in beautiful Pasadena, California.

For the past 20 years the management team has gathered in locations Edlen services to discuss best practices and have some well-deserved FUN!  To kick off the event, we host a dinner where we recognize our Power of Excellence Award winners. These individuals are honored by the company for their exemplary performance and significant contributions. For the next 2 days we discuss business topics, role play, network and participate in fun, team-building group activities.

This year, the team-building activity was a lip sync challenge. One week before the meeting three teams were selected and assigned a song. Their mission was to collaborate and present their video during the meeting. We are a competitive group so prizes and bragging rights were at stake. Awards were presented to – Best Overall, Best Choreography and Most Creative. At the end of the competition the entire group gathered to lip sync “We Are Family.”
