Edlen Electrical Exhibition Services, the nation’s largest independent electrical contractor in the convention, trade show and temporary event industry, is pleased to announce the continued partnership of utility services with the team at the Baltimore Convention Center through 2030.
As the premier location in the mid-Atlantic region for organizations to host conventions, meetings, trade shows, and events, the Baltimore Convention Center boasts 300,000 square feet of contiguous exhibition space, approximately 85,000 square feet of meeting space (50 meeting rooms), and a multifunctional, 36,672-square-foot ballroom.

Diane DeBarros, Edlen General Manager, will continue managing the daily utility operations. She has been onsite at the Baltimore Convention Center since 2010 and is thrilled to continue the collaboration and partnership with the BCC team. “I want to convey our appreciation for a mutually rewarding relationship. Our partnership with the BCC for the past 13 years has been a successful collaboration and I am looking forward to many more years of accomplishing greatness together,” said DeBarros. Jeff Butler will continue to serve as Edlen’s General Foreman, Butler has worked at the Baltimore Convention Center since 2004, where he was first employed as a maintenance mechanic. He was hired by Edlen in 2010 and has served as General Foreman since 2020.
