Congratulations to our colleagues celebrating 20 years with Edlen in 2023.

“I love Edlen because of the relationships and people at the company and in the industry that it has enabled me to experience. The work is very fulfilling and can be challenging. I have been tasked with expanding myself academically and professionally. I hope to be able to continue to assist others in reaching their potential through mentorship for many years to come,” said Mike Wickens, Regional Vice President. 

Shawna Moore, General Manager in Edlen’s Atlanta office, has worked closely with Mike for several years. “Not only has Mike influenced the culture of our branch with his strong mentorship and leadership skills, he has also established the foundation of our electrical team with his extensive experience, and continues to encourage growth. His passion and sense of humor remind us that a smile is still possible with success.”

Melanie Phillips (née Carter), General Manager in Las Vegas, said, “The last 20 years have flown by! I am proud of my many accomplishments over the years with Edlen. What exceeds all is the amazing relationships I have built over the years with co-workers and clients. I would not trade that for anything, and I hold them all near and dear to my heart!”

Liz Henry, Director of Event Services in Las Vegas, said, “It seems like only yesterday when Melanie walked into our Edlen office, and here we are, 20 years later. I have had the privilege to watch Melanie grow both personally and professionally. She has always been such a great team player and has become an amazing leader. It takes a team to make any company successful, and we are truly fortunate to have Melanie as part of our Edlen Las Vegas events team.”

Vanessa Alenier, General Manager in Miami, praised Assistant General Manager Keesha Touchet. “Keesha is and always has been an integral part of the Miami branch. We are all very lucky to have her and look forward to more successful years together.” Keesha shared her thoughts, saying “It’s been a pleasure working for such a great company for the last 20 years. I wouldn’t be where I am today, without all the support and guidance from our team. Here’s to another 20 years!”
